This class is GREAT for those that don't kneel or have any knee issues. We stay on the floor for the entire class. Designed for strength, stability. Deeply settle into a seated place on the earth. Move breath into your being. Work on stretching, strengthening increasing mobility, flexibility, scapula love, core love. A guided relaxation closes the class. I apologize if you notice microphone noise that wasn't able to be removed.
