This class is a good way to stay focused on the body, building core strength, mobility and connection with self. Compassionate self awareness. Starting seated finding the still point and connecting with a 5 count breath. Class is on the floor the entire time, however, you are on hands and knees. Guided relaxation at the end ....ahhhh
