Hips and Shoulders

Did you know that when you work on your hips, you're helping your shoulders and vice versa? In this class we mindfully address both the hips and the shoulders for a well rounded full body practice that is great to start or end your day. This class moves at a moderate pace with some flowing and some holding, and plenty of options for up or down leveling. The peak pose is balancing half moon, and during savasana I play two Tibetan singing bowls to help you deepen your meditative release at the end of practice.
