This unique style of yoga is powerful; deconstructing the limitations of anxiety, stress & negative pain and emotional patterns and building strength, grace & deep compassion so you can be a highly effective, healthy and happy human. A "whole" practice, kundalini yoga includes a kriya (a set of exercises with a desired outcome), mantra, pranayam, meditation & relaxation
