This class will remind you to open your heart in your yoga practice. You'll twist and work on hamstring opening via a set of poses threaded together through a vinyasa flow. You will will warm up with Surya Namaskar A and Utkitasana sequences. Then you'll get into Prasarita Padottanasana A and C, and Dolphin (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana) and finish strong in Side Plank.
