Healing Awareness Meditation
This short 10 minute guided meditation will help you cultivate healing awareness surrounding difficult emotions and/or physical discomforts. This is a beautiful mindfulness practice in sitting with sensations and giving them our loving kindness, our attention and acceptance. All too often we keep our "pain" hidden and we do whatever we can to avoid or pretend it's not there, when really, all these sensations want or need is the simplicity of our loving attention. Join me in awakening the healing awareness needed to free our mind, spirit and body of the pain and discomfort we are not meant to carry.
