Hamstring Stretch and a Little Core Work, too!

There are 4 sections to this practice. Make sure you have 2 blocks if you need them for Half-Moon Pose, be near a wall and have a belt for Hand to Big Toe Pose. 1 - Warm Ups: Floor work geared towards stretching the legs and engaging the core: a modified bicycle exercise followed by scissor kicks. 2 - Standing pose sequence. 3 - Arm balance: Side Plank. 4 - Cool Down: Lying Down Hand to Big Toe Pose. I didn’t include Savasana in the recording but since you finish on the floor, stay for a minute or two and allow your body to absorb the practice.
