Our spine does so much for us every day, providing support, stability, and flexibility. This slow flow class will flow you through a variety of postures, allowing you to move carefully so you can focus on how your central column provides the backbone (see what I did there?) for your transitions. A chair is a wonderful option for the last two postures of class, but not a necessity.
