This class starts standing and is a great combination of strengthening the body and stretching the body. You'll find the best time to do this is when you are strong in your day and have the most energy. You'll feel stronger and aligned with a great hip flexor strengthener and a hip leveler. We will teach you about GMO foods and what to avoid. We also discuss ways to find energy, we use kapalabhati breathing to assist energy and body awareness.
