Wind down after a long day with this 55 minute gentle yoga practice. If you have a block, keep it handy for bridge pose and forward folds. We begin sitting in a cross legged pose, observing our breath. Gentle twists alleviate stiffness and the easy flow lengthens muscles before settling in for the night.
