This class comes from my Self-Care Weekend Retreat for caregivers. It's a slow vinyasa flow with lots of variations for different abilities and body types. I offered the students practicing in this recording my essential oil blend tula (Sanskrit for "balance"), a mix of geranium, clary sage, frankincense, lavender, ylang-ylang, and hyssop. In an effort to show how you can care for yourself, you might choose to anoint yourself with an essential oil or lotion that you enjoy. I really like four blocks for this class, so you can make two block towers at the front of your mat (two blocks on their lowest height, and two blocks on their highest height on top of them).
