This practice includes breathwork and asana with a special focus on the movement of the hard (bones) and soft (muscles) parts of the pelvis. It's suitable for all yogi, especially pregnant ones ;) Using a chair for extra support? Follow the instructions I give to Paula. Expecting? Listen to the cues I give Katie. I used my essential oil blend Spring Welcome, which includes patchouli, lavender, geranium, marjoram and orange. You might choose to diffuse one or more of these oils to accompany your practice.
