This is the perfect flow for after work or before bed. It's a slow class that lets you leave behind the stress of the day and reach awareness and relaxation. We'll get some gentle stretching in this class, open the breathing and deeply relax. We begin in mountain pose (tadasana) and work our way down to the floor.
