Enjoy a full body, balanced practice. What did you do for fun as a little kid? Allow yourself to be guided into deep relaxation, well deserved and earned. Often I say "Lift up to the earth, but I mean, and should have said "lift up to the sky". A fun exercise in the shower to try.
