March's Full Sap Moon or Full Worm Moon allows us to appreciate those things under the surface that start to rise up and make themselves known to us. We'll move through variations on a Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) theme, with posture options no matter what your level of practice. Block are always welcome, and if you've recently started practicing or appreciate some extra support, you might like to have a chair handy. Feel free to join us aromatically as well by diffusing an essential oil (or blend) that resonates with you. On this Full Moon eve we enjoyed a mix of sweet orange, Australian sandalwood and rosewood oils.
