Preparing with a foot massage to nurture all 7,000 nerve endings on your feet. We will explore the feet, and the hips in this class. Starting in seated pose, lots of table time, core work, hip work. During prone toe taps you will be on your stomach, bend one knee at a 90 degree angle, then roll to the opposite side to touch that toe down onto the earth. Getting rotation in the hip. In warrior one pose, as similar rotation as we transfer just the back heel down as if going into warrior 2 pose.
