This class is perfect for a hot day when you still want to move and flow and sweat, but not over-do it to the point of exhaustion. Build strength in this slow and steady intermediate class that has a peak pose of crow, or bakasana. In this class, you begin with a cooling breath, and then you'll move through sun salutations, twists, forward folds, and more. Class ends with a guided relaxation. You'll need a strap and possibly a block. Begin seated.
