Flow and Restore
Time of Day:
Part mild, slow, vinyasa, part restorative, and part nidra, we'll start with some really gentle movement; modified sun salutations with flowing movement in child's pose, low lunge, etc to get your circulation going and warm up your muscles to feel a little more open and prepare for some longer restorative pose holds in the second half of class. Ending in a long savasana with a body scan meditation, you'll be feeling amazing and ready for the best night of sleep of your life! You can even start this class on your mat and move into bed for restorative postures and savasana. You might like to have some pillows or blankets on hand to make poses like sleeping half pigeon a little more comfortable.
