This yoga class is for people that feel helpless in today's world. I'm here to tell you because of your hard work, the light is coming! This class will integrate lighthearted cues that will stimulate our own power within when we are trying to make sense of a broken world. The muck that needs to be cleansed is coming out. The darkness is coming out in our actions, our thoughts, our words. It's coming out through those in positions of power and leadership. This makes for a broken heart when we want so badly to see peace flourish. A broken heart is dangerous. Because it's our reference point for how we see the world. We have to find our power within! If you've recently brought a child into the world, lost a loved one, struggle to understand the news and people's behaviors, or maybe you are part of the #MeToo movement--this class is for you! Let's heal ourselves no matter what is happening "out there. This class incorporates beginner vinyasa poses with deep breathwork and a focus on the heart and solar plexus chakra.
