Feel Good Flow

When you have little time but need your 'feel good' fix of yoga. This is a great practice for waking up in the morning or on a long day when you have a lot of meetings. We start in a standing position at the top of our mats and we'll enjoy some gentle opening poses, some easy stretches, and we'll move into a flow that includes plank, chaturanga, cobra or updog, and down dog.
