An energizing flow class to lengthen the hamstrings and strengthen the core. This class incorporates a mix between strength and flexibility. A strap is useful for standing Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. You will need two blocks for the core strength and lifting series in the middle. This is a live class and we do a partner psoas stretch before we do bow. If you are practicing on your own, use that time to play with Locust and/or one leg variations of Bow before coming into Bow pose.
