In stressful situations we have an opportunity to become the element of change. We start in a seated position with our eyes closed. We open and close this beautiful practice with the sound of OM. We find a little balance and strength in this practice. This practice is ideal for an evening practice and it's good to have a wall handy as well as the recommended props. We end with some yoga nidra.
