Class begins on your back in a supported pose with two blocks: one under the base of your skull (at the medium height) and the other under your shoulder blades (at the lowest height). Move through cat-cow with variations, downward and upward facing boat, sun salutations, warrior I and II, triangle, extended big toe pose, shoulder stand (with an option to practice bridge), a counter pose of fish, and end with gentle spinal twists, and a happy baby pose. This class starts gently and then begins moving ten minutes in. Enjoy!
