This 75-minute class begins seated where you'll your intention to observe the sensations in your body. Then, you'll move through gentle warm-ups, into basic sun salutations with concise and clear descriptions on how to do safely and correctly. You'll practice warrior, I, II, and side angle pose. Then, you'll move to the ground to practice bound angle pose, head to knee pose, and reverse table pose. We end with reclining twists, happy baby, and a guided systematic relaxation. Soothing sounds and gong sound at end of class make this a relaxing session for beginners and for anyone looking to review and improve their foundational yoga skills.
