Start seated in a comfortable seated pose, dropping into sensation, breath ... feeling guided by the impulses within. We focus on intentional focus. Shoulder work is a priority, using isometrics for the rotator cuff, and many other shoulder poses. Guiding your experience with intention and ending with a nice guided relaxation.
