Develop a Healthy Relationship with your Pelvis
This class focuses brings awareness to your pelvis. You'll move through pelvic tilts, spinal twists, standing open and closed hip poses, seated poses, and a final restorative pose to release any tension in your pelvis. This class offers basic education on how your breath affects your spine and pelvis, and encourages proprioception (feeling where your body is in space). This class moved at a slow pace and is very relaxing. Begin on your back with your knees bent. You'll need at least one yoga block for the final pose (can substitute a folded blanket). Enjoy!
