In this 90 minute power/vinyasa flow, we'll explore some unusual twists, cultivate lateral strength, and use leverage to make the impossible possible. Expect a lot of challenging integrated core work, all-around flows, strong standing postures, and some really interesting postures that we don't get to do very often. We'll peak in a really fun twisted balance that should be a challenge but will be very accessible by the time we've worked up to it!
