This cozy yin class was designed to open and relax the body after cold wintery days. On cold icy days our body tightens and constricts in efforts to keep warm. Our immune and digestive system suffer. Turn up your heater put on a sweater and settle in for a mixture of tension-releasing yin and restorative poses to leave you feeling open and free.
