Core Power with Breath

You won’t have to do a headstand, but you will be activiating the core with various planks. Remember to use your good alignment to target the core areas for strengthening. We start laying down and being guided with dirgha breath and left nostril breathing into a complete 360 degree breath. If you have knee issues, this is the class for you. We spend the entire class on the floor, and your core will know it. You’ll feel lighter with a stronger inner power as we cascade between stretching and strengthening in a movement oriented way.
