Chair Yoga for Complete Beginners : Day 2
This class is based on a wonderful series called Pawanmuktasana. It is a gentle warm-up, starting from the toes and going up to the ankles, knees, hips, wrists, shoulders and neck. It will leave you feeling completely relaxed and warm. It helps to remove any energy blockage in the joint and to improve balance, coordination and energy. Students often say that they are amazed by how much difference this simple practise makes if you do it regularly. Now is your turn to try it!
