Raising the floor by using a chair can make a yoga practice not only more accessible on a physical level, but can actually help to bring greater stability and enable more prana to flow. Even if a chair is not necessary for a regular practice, being inspired to practice in a chair can increase the amount of time we actually practice conscious asana in our everyday lives, for example, in the office or at the airport.
