Our passage through the yamas continues with this exploration of bramacharya. Remember that yoga isn't all about going to the far reaches of a shape. Think about keeping your attention turned inward to honor what feels best for your own body throughout this practice. Wonky knees? Curl the side(s) of your mat toward the center to provide a second layer of padding underneath. Start this practice on your back, first by taking up as much space as possible on your mat.
