This 60 minute vinyasa class will take you into Bound Side Angle and Bound Triangle Pose. It will then take use similar actions to take you into Revolved Seated Tree Pose. Have 2 blocks ready in case you need them for Triangle, Side Angle or Half Moon Pose and a belt if you need it for Lying-Down-Hand-to-Big-Toe-Pose and Cow Face arms.
