This 60 minute vinyasa style class will take you into Bound Side Angle and Bound Triangle and then use those same twisting actions to take you into Revolved Seated Tree. You may need a block for Half Moon Pose or Side Angle and a belt may be useful for Lying Hand to Big Toe Pose, Cow Face Arms (Gomukhasana) and for Binding.
