In this beginner level class, you'll learn how to apply yoga to make any lingering, generalized lower back pain feel better. If it feels good to be in child's pose, or fold forward, you're in the right place. This class will also support those feeling anxious, stressed, or scattered. Class begins on your belly in crocodile pose (option to place a rolled blanket under your chest to elevate). The class will end with a systematic relaxation using two blocks and a bolster.
