The holidays can have us rushing ahead (physically and mentally) to get ready for upcoming events, or looking back on the year. It's awfully hard to maintain presence during this time of presents. This class is all about the journey--it's an opportunity to drop any attachments to "getting" anywhere. We'll explore different combination of hip joint movements usually found in postures such as Pyramid (Parsvottanasana), and the leg variations found in Cow-Faced Pose (Gomukhasana). Consider joining this light-hearted group aromatically as well--I offered a blend of organic frankincense and myrrh essential oils to bring a seasonal tone to this class, and you might like to diffuse something similar while you practice.
