In this practice, you will warm up, practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures (held for several breaths). The focus on breathing into the areas of resistance. Option is given to flow between all postures. You will feel enough to initiate opening channels. The practice ends with deep stretches and savasana (final relaxation). Rest when you need to. Heat up the room if you like. Enjoy!
