Try something new! Yoga in a pool offers an entirely new perspective to your asana practice. The nurturing qualities of water offer more support and stability while requiring more effort to stay grounded. This practice is excellent for those with limited abilities because of; arthritis, fibromyalgia, pregnancy, overweight, paralysis, surgery recovery, to name a few. And, those with a more developed practice will find new ways to deepen and experiment with poses. The best part; savasana! It is bliss in a water environment. Recommendations: A pool that is at least 84 degrees-or incorporate more warming techniques Optional: two pool noodles for savasana; one under the knees and one under the neck
