This practice examines both breath and posture under the lens of non-possessiveness. Can you find the quality of trust in your breath, freeing you to avoid holding onto your inhales, with the knowledge that the next breath is right behind the one you have now? We'll move through Trikonasana (Triangle), Uttan Pristhasana (Lizard) and Padangusthasana (Big Toe pose) in a variety of orientations, releasing any concern with possessing versions of the postures that don't work for you.
