Aligning anger with truth for emotional balance

Aligning and centering in passive mountain pose. We warm up building on a flow working lower trapezius stretching and opening the 6 movements of the spine. We balance, stretch shoulders and strengthen hamstrings along with flowing in a dynamic yoga sequence for strength and building inner reserves. This practice is grounding, strengthening and enlightening. We search our inner being for understanding anger and using this essential emotion for our benefit in truth (satya). You'll feel the weight off your stronger more balanced shoulders.....
