This moderate class is designed to help you find correct alignment for your spine and give your back a little extra love from your neck down to your low back. Two students with Scoliosis took this class live, and afterwards said that their back's felt amazing! They planned to take several of the exercises home for more practice! Enjoy this class day or night, anytime is the right time to take care of your spine. You will need a small stretch of blank wall as a prop for this class.
