This class explores the ethical precept of nonharming through a series of gentle backbends. You can choose from among a variety of accessible binds while we explore the importance of lengthening the spine, and maintaining a sense of ease while moving through postures that can often be challenging for some. A strap or towel is a nice prop to have on hand in addition to your two blocks, but it's not necessary. If you'd like, consider diffusing some sweet orange essential oil to help bring a sense of joyful warmth into your open heart. Come down onto your mat on your belly, and let's get started ...
