Use imagery, visualization, and the power of your mind to achieve your goals and build a happier, more abundant life. This 8 minute guided meditation takes you through step by step how to go from just wishing you could do something to visualizing it happening. This meditation is best used daily in order to achieve results. When stating your goal, structure it in such a way that it is in the present tense, is positive, clear, and concise. For example, "I am compassionate," or "I wrote my book." When stating your goal, be sure it feels authentic and sincere. If saying, "I am compassionate," feels like too much of a stretch, say, "I am compassionate, more and more." More examples: I am kind. I welcome health and wellness. I am trusting. I enjoy life fully. I have abundance. I am grateful. I embrace who I am. My true nature is joyful. Say it with your full heart and trust that you are being taken care of in just the way you need.
