A lot of people want to start a home yoga practice and for good reason! You are your body's own best friend, expert, and teacher. A home yoga practice is a powerful way to nourish the all-important relationship with yourself. Not to mention, a home yoga practice is convenient and free!
We've heard from many of you that yoga - and access to Audible Yoga - has changed your life, made it easier to practice more often and still work with your favorite teacher.
We've heard from our teachers that they love sharing audio classes with students, that they feel a greater connection with their students who are practicing at home with their recorded audio files.
We’ve all heard these phrases before:
“Your inner world reflects your outer world.”
“Let go of what no longer serves you.”
but have you ever thought about how your yoga and meditation practice can facilitate the process of creating space for what matters most to you in your home space?
One of the things I hear from clients and students quite frequently is that it's hard to maintain a consistent yoga practice. Often I find that they let this be the reason they can't implement a daily practice. One of my favorite quotes from a client was:
I would practice if I had 60 minutes but often all I have is 47, so I end up not practicing.
I dream of yoga retreat at a fabulous location.
Maybe Costa Rica, near the ocean, where I can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves gently touching the shore.
Or India. Where I can immerse myself in the history & culture of yoga.
France would lovely. A country retreat, but close enough to Paris where I visit the Louvre & see the Eiffel Tower & enjoy some good cheese.
Let’s face it, even in the summer life is busy! Between the daily hustle and bustle of our routines, there is hardly time to slow down enough to enjoy the free moments throughout the day, let alone keep up a daily yoga practice.
The good news? You don’t need a full hour of yoga to have a daily yoga practice!
